The wood, vinyl, and ornamental Scratch Builder programs operate in two modes, pre-build and scratch built. For example, east of the Mississippi River wood fence panels are often fabricated in the shop and hung in the feild, this is what we mean by "pre-built". West of the Mississippi River most fence contractors stick build wood fences in the field, this is the "Scratch Built" method.
